Please allow 2 weeks for your original work to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this time frame.  

All  works are wrapped by professional art couriers in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure their safe arrival.

We understand that it is very tempting, but please resist the urge to open your painting immediately. Ensure that the packaging is intact and only opened by a professional framer, as the paintings are delicate and may be damaged by mishandling.

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
