In 1904, Benjamin Holt replaced the rear wheels of a Holt steam tractor with a pair of tracks to help farmers deal with soft soil in their fields. During a machine test in 1905, the company photographer exclaimed the machine looked like a giant caterpillar.

How Bristles, CAT Sweepers and Skid steers work together

First, our replacement Bristles get fitted onto the Caterpillar broom, and then you attach the sweeper to the CAT, Skid steer or tractor, and together they can sweep, clean and prepare the surface.
