Bobcat sweeper attachment brushes

Our Bobcat sweeper attachment brush sections are engineered specifically to suit every Bobcat sweeper bucket. And we have a full range of premium quality Australian range Bobcat bristles to choose from.

In addition, it is possible to convert the sweeper to allow for a 1 or 2 piece brush to be used instead.

We call our Bobcat sweeper bristle sections “Wobbly Brooms” because of their convoluted shape, which is not flat. This wobble in sections means there is no need to use spacers. Simply slide 1 segment on after the other, as shown in the diagram. You can include additional sections by nesting them on each end, which provides a better sweep to close the edges.

Bobcat Sweeper Attachments

On the most common Bobcat Sweepers you can use our 22 inch (560mm) overall diameter Wobbly brooms, and they are also well suited as replacement for worn Wolverine bristles.

This Sweeper Bucket range starts from is 44 inches wide, there is also a 54 inch; 60 inch & 72 inch and then there’s the Bobcat Sweeper Bucket 84 inch. At the same time, with the 84 inch sweeper, you can use the 24 inch sections.

Bobcat sweepers and Skid Steers

To operate the Sweeper Bucket, you attach it to a Bobcat or another brand of Skid steer. As such, our Bobcat Wobbly brooms are suitable for all skid steers. For example

• And all other skid steers are fit for purpose.

To explain how Bristles, Attachments and Skid steers work together.

First, the operator fits replacement bristles into the sweeper. Then, they attach the sweeper to the Skid Steer.

Now they work together to sweep, cleaning, and/or preparing the surface.

Bristle Options

Other than our Premium Australian Bobcat Bristles, we offer Industry standard Bobcat broom sections in both poly and wire fill.

These cheaper industry standard wafers contain 50% less bristle than the Red Bristles.

You can use either the soft Blue poly section or the harder Black poly bristle section to make up your replacement Bobcat broom and if your require a more vigorous sweep, we offer our Industry standard wire segments to make up a 50/50 Poly & Wire broom.  

The Black & Blue brushes are budget options, however they are a viable choice for some users. It is important to note that all our poly brushes come from virgin (non-recycled) poly, unlike other brushes on the market. They are also 100% Australian made to comply ISO9001 standards.

1 and 2 Piece brooms

It is possible to convert Bobcat sweepers to allow for a 1 or 2 piece “spirally wound” brush to be fitted in place of the sections.

If you have retrofitted your Bobcat Sweeper to use a 1 or 2 piece brush, again we have a variety of bristle options. The benefit of the 1 or 2 piece brooms is they are easier to remove and replace, and often there is also a cost saving. As required, we can build a “made to order” brush to your specifications.
